Invent Theatre is still on the look out for young people to be involved as members of the Artistic Team for our new play. The team will be responsible for managing the budget, creating a marketing campaign, securing sponsors and making key creative decisions as well as making schedules for the cast and technical team.
We are setting a deadline to express an interest by Saturday 15th November 2008

Invent Theatre is pleased to reveal it will be working on a new full length play for next year. The production, of which details will be revealed next month, will be run differently from our previous productions in that open auditions will be held and these will be in January 2009.
In the meantime we are on the look out for five young people to help form the artistic team. This will mean making key artistic and management decisions as well as budgeting and forming a marketing campaign. You will gain experience in leading a team, events management and pitching to business.
If you would like to be involved with the management team send us an e-mail with your name and a little bit about why you want to be involved. You must be aged fifteen to nineteen, live on the Isle of Wight, and able to offer commitment to the project. (minimum of one meeting per month increasing in the lead up to the performances) Our e-mail is inventtheatre(at)gmail(dot)com
The production is currently planned for late June 2009. More details will be posted soon.

Following on from last weeks post we are welcoming new members to join us for the next term. Beginning this Sunday (14th) and running untilthe end of October we are open to any
young people aged ten to nineteen with an interest in acting, writing or art to get in touch and be involved. We have some exciting ideas planned for this term, especially for those interested in writing and directing.
If you want to get involved simply e-mail us at inventtheatre(at)gmail(dot)com or come along this Sunday 11am to Ventnor Middle School but please bring a parent or guardian to complete a small permission form!
How Much Will it Cost? The cost for this term is £16.50
Where/When? Every Sunday 11am to 2pm Middle School
